When you make a purchase with us and tick the box "I have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions’’, you accept the terms & conditions below. We recommend you read the terms & conditions carefully before you place an order.
2. Purchase & Payment
You can shop at www.dejligtbarn.com 24 hours a day, unless it is closed for maintenance.
The primary currency is Danish Krone. The price in other currencies vary with exchange rate against Danish Krone which is updated from time to time. Dejligt Barn reserves the rights for price changes and errors.
After you select the items and put them into the shopping cart, you need to check out. You can proceed by login to your account registered in Dejligt Barn, or continue with guest checkout. Then you need to fill in your personal information such as name, address, email and telephone number.
When you confirm your shopping cart by pressing the "Confirm Order" button, you will be directed to a PayPal page for payment. You can pay by your PayPal account, or pay by Visa, Master Card or American Express. Once the payment is completed, you will receive an invoice regarding to your purchase.
If a card fraud is suspected, Dejligt Barn may require payment by bank transfer.
3. Delivery information
Shipping fee & free delivery:
Free delivery is given to an order purchase at 200kr (or equivalent to other currencies) and above.
For order below 200kr (or equivalent to other currencies), shipping fee 50kr (or equivalent to other currencies) will be charged for delivery.
For in stock products, as soon as the payment is approved, the parcel will be dispatched within 5 business days.
For pre-order products, the parcel will be dispatched within 5 business days when they are in stock, and the payment is approved.
The shipment will be sent from Denmark as a private parcel, and you will receive an email with a link and tracking number that you can track your parcel via the shipping company’s website. Please note the delivery time may vary due to customs clearance.

When you shop at Dejligt Barn, you can return your products once (EXCEPT for handmade products which have no return and refund). You need to fill in the returns form at www.dejligtbarn.com, from the day you receive the parcel up to 14 days.
The item to return must not be used. It must be in the same condition as it was received and in original packaging / box containing the original labels. If the item shows signs of wear, use and / or damage, we reserve the right to refuse to return it.
You need to send back the item to return from the day you received the parcel up to 14 days (refers to the date you send back to us from the shipping company), to our company address in Denmark.
Please make sure the item is properly wrapped. You are responsible for the parcel and the item inside until we receive it. Sending with tracking number is recommended. Please also attach the returns form together with the item.
Once we receive the item, we will check if it is not used and it is in the same condition as it was received. If so, you will get a refund of the purchase price of the item within 14 days from the date of the item received by us. However, the shipping fee you had paid for the original purchase will not be refunded. You are also responsible for any shipping and associated costs to return the item.
If the item is found to be used, or it is not in the same condition as it was received, no refund will be given, the item will be sent back to you accordingly and you are responsible for shipping and associated costs.
